Andrea Hardy - Manager of Barton Lodge

Andrea has a number of years experience as a Care Home Manager having worked at two other Homes as a Registered Manager. She has completed her Registered Managers Award and keeps up-to-date with her training attending courses as necessary.

Andrea has been working with the elderly for many years and finds it extremely rewarding.

Andrea is a devoted mother of 4 children. Now that her children are grown up, she felt it was time to devote her time to her career and do what she enjoys most, which is to care for the elderly.

She has fostered a good team spirit at Barton Lodge and her aim is to provide the highest standard of care to our residents.

All staff attend regular courses and training, which ensures that our residents receive the best care and attention at all times.
